Perched atop the centuries-old village of Crillon-le-Brave in the Vaucluse, Hôtel Crillon Le Brave blends the charm of 17th–18th-century stone houses with five-star comfort, forming a labyrinthine retreat where each alley hides a private terrace or secret viewpoint. Founded in 1989 from buildings like the old presbytery, it has expanded to feature 17 rooms and 17 suites, each styled with Provencal floor tiles, soft linens, and natural hues—many offering sweeping views of Mont Ventoux and its vineyards. The spa, housed in former vaulted stables, offers treatments by Tata Harper, while the restaurant La Table du Ventoux serves gourmet Provençal cuisine with vistas across the valley.
